Daily Post (2) – 2/7/2015

Good afternoon. This is the second Daily Post brought to you by Cinnamon Sticks and Coffee Beans .

Quote of the day:
“Confidence, as a teenager? Because I knew what I loved. I loved to read; I loved to listen to music; and I loved cats. Those three things. So, even though I was an only kid, I could be happy because I knew what I loved.” – Haruki Murakami.

The decisions you take as a teenager are like opening new fields and paths for yourself to conquer if possible in the future. For example, you may set the music as your way out of the boredom, depression, anxiety, sadness … This will live with you. It’s like you’ve added some strategy in your mind to use whenever you feel like it.
Unfortunately, we get to understand this after we realize we are no longer teenagers. Very few people do realize that in their teenage and not all of them react properly. However, this is no big deal. You’ve done what you’ve done as a teenager. Learn to let it go. Hold yourself up and love your scars. The love you thought it’s the love of your life has gone? It killed you? Learn to live with it until it becomes of the far past, because the love that lost, wasn’t worth what it cost, and in time you’ll be glad it’s gone.

Understand stress.
As it was stated before in yesterday’s Daily Post that stress doesn’t mean by any sort something bad. It’s isn’t something good either. What stresses you out, gets you fired up, wound up or even geared up, every term with up brings you stress. The general term of stress is quite known by everyone. But what does stress mean to you? What brings it? What vanishes it?
It is very important for you to understand what gets you stressed up.
This stress increases the speed of your blood flow and gets you more concentrated. These are good things to happen. But the bad consequences come when they get to be more frequent. No one wants to work for a day completely stressed up.
In the next few posts, the stress topic will be discussed with more depth with the solutions you could try by yourself to find the way out.
