Sometimes, neither dusk nor dawn could help you to overcome your breakdowns. You feel nothing, but darkness. Actually, you might feel nothing. Numb. Stuck in the void floating and seeking for the smallest breeze of air to breathe. Unfortunately, you are in the void, where there is no air.
This void is that grave you dig in yourself, most probably in your heart, to bury every uncomfortable, hurting and painful feeling that ever stroke your soul. You swallow it and you bury it. Then, when you remember it or you get a new wound that needs to be healed as quick as possible, that grave opens again. Consequently, you fall into it again. Into the void.
Deep down, you pass by the events you once lived and made you suffer. They have the power to haunt you again and break you into tears. Be careful. You don’t need to go there. You may get close, but never open a closed grave. The look inside won’t be pleasing.
The way out is your silence. The deeply thinking mind of yours needs to go off sometimes. Not by sleeping but by getting into being silent. No sounds. No thoughts. Opened, but silent.
Your silence has all the power to heal you. It’s where your hope meets your faith, strongly armed with aim, determination, concentration, power and consistency. They won’t find each other easily. They won’t be gathered out of nothing. It’s you who needs to guide them despite the darkness. Feel every bit of your emotions. Cope with the disgusting truths you discovered and find a new to avoid their bad effect.
Your way out lies within your brain cells, your heart tissues, your lungs… It lies within you.
There is no stress post today. Remember. We are in the void. Nothing is there, but you.
